Our return policy allows for returns up to 30 days after purchase for a full refund of the cost of the product less the original shipping costs.

To return a product to The Abs Company.
- Please contact our customer support team at Support@theabscompany.com.
- Please include your order number to help facilitate the process with the Customer Service Representative (CSR).
- They may have questions about the return to document the process correctly on our end.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and packed as they were received.
- Small parcel - Once the return is approved the CSR will email a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Customer is responsible for returning the product to the address provided by The Abs Company.
- Freight - The CSR can assist the customer with coordination between the customer and the freight forwarder.
If freight service is necessary, and supplied by The Abs Company, the cost will be deducted from value of the refund.
