In-stock ground shipments ship within 24-48 hours during the weekdays; In-stock freight shipments ship within 3 business days. Shipments generally arrive at the destination within 3-7 business days. (US ONLY)
For all in-stock items that ship within the USA via ground delivery (such as Parts, PS500, CaliLift), orders received before 12 noon Eastern time will be shipped out the same day during the week. Orders received after 12 noon Eastern will be shipped out the next day. Please note that orders placed on Friday afternoon will be shipped out on the following Monday, unless there is a holiday, in which case they will be shipped out the day after the holiday.
In the case of in-stock freight orders within the USA, we typically ship within 3 business days, excluding holidays when freight services are not available.
Once shipped, it usually takes between 3-7 days for orders to reach their destination.
Please be aware that major US Holidays may cause slight delays in shipping, and shipping cutoffs for the winter holidays may vary.
International shipments will take longer. All orders receive tracking once shipped.
