How long does it take for my order to ship?

Please note that backordered and other out-of-stock items will require additional processing time. We will contact you with updated shipping information to ensure you are aware of the expected ship date.

For all in-stock items that ship within the USA via ground service (such as Parts and the Ab Coaster PS500), orders received before 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on a business day will ship the same day. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time will ship the next business day. Orders placed on Friday afternoon will ship the following Monday, unless Monday is a holiday, in which case they will ship the next business day.

For in-stock freight (LTL) orders within the USA, we typically ship within 3 business days, excluding holidays when freight carriers are not operating.

Once an order has shipped, transit time is usually 3–7 business days within the continental United States. Major U.S. holidays may cause slight delays, and winter holiday shipping cutoffs may vary.

International shipments require additional transit time. All orders receive tracking information once they have shipped.
